This event enables participants to explore the use of silent meditation to help promote wellbeing and reduce stress. No previous experience is necessary. The group begins with each individual self-rating their level of stress, followed a twenty-minute silent meditation time. We use the John Main ‘Anchor Word’ approach to silent meditation which is straightforward for new participants. After this silence, some words from John Main are shared before a final re-self rating of level of stress.
