Your presence is part of the experience for everyone. Feel free to join in with as much or as little as you want. We hope people will leave refreshed and inspired

The venue is a Church of England church near Blackfriars Bridge / Southwark station.

Our spirituality is Christian, but yours need not be. We use spiritual resources drawing on the Christian contemplative traditions which, we hope, to be inclusive and meditative for all.

Your hosts: Rev Ian Mobsby & Rev John Henry (@frjohnwhenry)
