About this event
Solstice is a space to explore and practice meditation and contemplative prayer. It's also a chance to get to know fellow spiritual seekers and pilgrims on similar journeys.
Feel free to come to any part of the event and to come and go as you please
Friday 14th October
6:00 pm: Arrive to a warm welcome and light refreshment.
6:30 pm: Silent meditation (gently guided)
7:00 pm: Talk | Discussion
7:30 pm Meditation / Evening Prayer
8:00 pm: Supper, wine, conversation
9:15 pm: Meditation / night prayer
10 pm: Pub
What to expect / how it will work
Your presence is part of the experience for everyone. Feel free to join in with as much or as little as you want. We hope people will leave refreshed and inspired
The venue is a Church of England church near Blackfriars Bridge / Southwark station.
Our spirituality is Christian, but yours need not be. We use spiritual resources drawing on the Christian contemplative traditions which, we hope, to be inclusive and meditative for all.

This pilgrimage of art and texts is open to anyone drawing on 19 stations. This will be open in the Church Mon to Fri from 9am to 2pm every day.

11:30 am: Break for coffee/ tea
12 noon: Eucharist (optional)
